Harper was directly responsible for helping the Toros win 3 of 4 from visiting Cal State Monterey Bay, narrowing the gap between the top five teams in the league.  The freshman starter posted 2 wins and a save in limiting the high-powered Otter offense to a .208 batting average .

            In the opener, Harper tossed 5.0 innings in a 2-1 win, scattering just three hits while fanning three Otters, before making a return appearance in the nightcap 2-0 win in which she entered in the sixth inning with a runner on base, and proceeded to record six outs facing just five batters, inducing her first batter to ground into a double play before retiring the final four batters she faced.

            In Saturday’s opener, Harper tossed a complete-game win in which she again allowed just three hits with five Ks, entering again in relief in the nightcap loss.

            Overall, Harper boasted a 2-0 record and a save against the 5^th-ranked team in the NCAA West Region, and the second place team in the CCAA.  She posted a 3.00 ERA with a 3.33:1 strikeout-to-walk ratio in leading the Toros to a 3-1 mark against the Otters
