	"My time at Cal State Dominguez Hills holds a special place in my heart. I not only was able to get a great education close to home, but I was also able to play the sport I love. Soccer has always been a large part of my life and it still is as I continue to coach at many levels. Lifelong friends were made as well as a lifelong commitment as I met my husband there. CSUDH is very special to me on so many levels and I will always cherish my time there and memories my teachers, classmates, coaches, teammates and friends. Once a Toro, always a Toro! Go Hills!"

My name is Carmelita Jeter, 2012 Gold Medalist and fastest woman alive, and I came from Cal State Dominguez Hills, a small Division 2 school, and I wouldn't change it for the world. I learned responsibility and the true meaning of having a school and coach that care about YOU."
