SEASIDE – The Cal State Dominguez Hills Toros posted a combined score of 926 over three rounds of the Otters Invitational, with rounds of 308, 306, and 312 for a 12
th place finish in the tournament.
Leading the Toros was
Francis Bautista, who delivered a stellar performance, carding scores of 75, 72, and 71 for a total of 218, placing him tied for 14th overall.
Ibrahim Mahamed followed with rounds of 76, 77, and 83, accumulating a score of 236, which positioned him tied for 61st. Just a stroke behind,
Aaron Sanchez totaled 237 with rounds of 83, 79, and 75, placing him in a tie for 63rd.
Andy Garcia finished in 69th place with scores of 80, 78, and 83, resulting in a tournament total of 241. Rounding out the team's efforts,
Logan Miyamoto carded rounds of 77, 80, and 85, finishing with a score of 242 and placing 70th.
The Toros next tournament will be at the HPU Shark Shootout in Honolulu, Hawaii where they will compete on the Mauna Lani North Golf Course from Monday, October 23
