CARSON, Calif. – Cal State Dominguez Hills women's soccer dropped a 2-0 decision to Concordia University Irvine on Wednesday night at Toro Stadium.
The Toros (2-1-0) created several chances but could not find the back of the net despite outshooting the Golden Eagles 5-2 in shots on goal. Sophomore defender Alexis Delgado and forward Leilani Fortuna-Ramos each registered a shot on target, while Kaylee Leavitt also challenged the CUI defense with an attempt.
In goal, Audrey Haman kept Dominguez Hills within striking distance, collecting five saves across 90 minutes of action.
CSUDH will look to bounce back on the road in its next outing.
