CARSON – Coming off a weekend in which he scored two goals each in as many matches to start year 2022, Cal State Dominguez Hills men's soccer sophomore
Sulaiman Bah was tabbed the season's first California Collegiate Athletic Association Offensive Player of the Week.
The Sierra Leone native scored both goals in the season-opening 2-0 win over Academy of Art and then added two more to contribute to the Toros' 5-1 impressive road win over Concordia over the weekend.
With four goals scored in two games, Bah is two shy from tying the total number of goals he scored the entire 2021 season.
Joining Bah on the weekly awards is Cal State LA's Marlon Radel, who won the CCAA's first defensive player of the week honor.
Dominguez Hills' tour against the PacWest Conference continues two home matches against the top three favorites in the league. The Toros clash with Biola Wednesday at 6 p.m. followed by Point Loma Saturday at 4:30 p.m.
