Seung Ho Yoon had a bit of a rough day on the course as the freshman scored a 77 in the middle round of the NCAA Super Regionals Friday.
Yoon is now at 147 in the tournament, dropping him to a tie for 67
th, tying him for fifth best among individuals in the 20-team, 108-field.
After a good performance in the front-9 that saw a birdie in the par-3 third hole and seven pars, Yoon made par the 10
th and 11
th holes but got hit hard in the 12
th, scoring a 4-over in the par 4. He then bogie three holes to finish 6-over on the back-9.
Fort Lewis' Darren Edwards leads all individual representatives with a 142.
Yoon will get one last chance Saturday in the final round. He tees off at 7:50 a.m. PDT.
