CARSON - The Cal State Dominguez Hills men's soccer program and head coach
Eddie Soto have announced 20 new additions to the team. The incoming class features 10 freshmen, eight junior college transfers and two transfers from other four-year institutions.
"I am excited to announce our first recruiting class. During this rebuilding phase, our staff focused on finding winners, creating depth and identifying players who believed in our vision of being successful on and off the field. Our recruits' passion for the restoration of this program to its former glory, including their competitive drive, stood out as we put this class together.
We have a well-balanced group of individuals who have excelled in their environments, whether it was DA, club, high school or junior college. This will provide us with depth and create an environment we were desperately missing. We now have a foundation to build on as we look to begin on the path of becoming CCAA champions once again," Soto said about the incoming class.
