CARSON – For the second straight season a Cal State Dominguez Hills volleyball freshman received recognition in the CCAA's all-conference team as outside hitter
Ava Hurry garnered honorable mention status Wednesday.

Bailey Fuches as a freshman who received all-conference accolades. She also becomes the 16th Toro in the history of the program to be named All-CCAA in that position.
The Henderson, Nev., native appeared in all 25 matches, playing in 94 sets. She led the team in points by a huge margin, reaching 259. She also led the effort in kills per set (2.46) and was third on the team in total blocks (29).
Her best match was against Cal Poly Humboldt, when she tallied season-highs 19 kills and 17 digs for a double-double.
The Toros finished the season 6-19 overall, 4-14 in the CCAA, placing them 10
th in the standings.
