A captain on the team, the senior Cartagena missed only of the 16 matches, starting 14 of them and logging in 1,251 minutes on the pitch. He scored his only goal at Cal State San Marcos and notched his only assist in the season-opener at Point Loma.
The sophomore Bah started all but one of the 16 matches and played 1,205 minutes. He scored six goals including a hat trick at Cal State East Bay. In addition to scoring at Stanislaus State two days later, that performance landed him CCAA Player of the Week. His lone match-winning goal was at home against Concordia. He was also credited for five assists.
Sowe, also a sophomore, is one of two Toros to start and play all 16 matches. He played the most minutes on the squad at 1,378 minutes. He scored two goals, one against Concordia and the other at Stanislaus State, while recording his only assist at Cal State Monterey Bay. As part of the defensive line, he helped keep the Toros goals-against average down to 1.23 while making the keepers needed for only 65 saves.
De Baldo made 13 starts this year in net, going 9-2 with a 0.93 goals against average, 44 saves and two shutouts. Myers, meanwhile, started 11 of 13 matches played, leading the squad to four shutouts and seven contests with just a single goal allowed. Lee rounded out the honorable mention group having started all 17 matches, scoring five goals, including back-to-back match winners on the road at Cal State East Bay and Stanislaus State, as well as notching two assists.
With a 10-5-1 overall record, Dominguez Hills finished the regular-season 7-4-0 in conference play for a fourth-place finish. The Toros took a 2-0 win over Sonoma State in the first round of the CCAA Tournament Sunday.
