Former Toros Come Out in Droves For Alumni Game

CARSON -- On a couldy February morning, 35 former Cal State Dominguez Hills baseball players made their return to Toro Field, their home away from home, for baseball's annual alumni game, which took place on Saturday, February 7.

"It was a great day at Toro Field," begins CSUDH baseball interim head coach George Wing, "and even neater to see so many old faces who have helped make the tradition that is Toro baseball."

The alumni game, named after Wing's father with his flag flying over Toro Field, witness the 2015 squad taking a light-hearted 7-1 win over the old timers, with alum Steve Carrillo belting five home runs to take the Home Run Derby crown.
