Dora Baldwin Leads Toros at CCAA Championships

Devore, CA --- Freshman Dora Baldwin posted her best time in a 6k race at 27:33 to lead the Toros at the CCAA Championships, hosted by Cal State San Bernardino at Glen Helen Regional Park in Devore, Calif. Placing five runners in the top nine, Chico State captured the 2008 CCAA title.

Marking the third time this year that Baldwin, who finished 81st, has broken the 30-minute mark in a 6,000 meter race, senior Liliana Yera also gave a strong performance with a final time of 28:03, landing her in 84th place.
