CARSON, Calif. — Cal State Dominguez Hills was held scoreless in a 2-0 setback to Cal State LA on Saturday night at Toro Stadium.
The Toros (3-3-1) generated six shots, including two on target from Kaylee Leavitt, but could not break through against the Golden Eagles' defense. Alyssa Edwards, Leilani Fortuna-Ramos, and Emmalee Snow each added attempts to keep CSUDH in the attack.
On the defensive side, goalkeeper Audrey Haman recorded one save while playing the full 90 minutes. Makenzie Hewison and Victoria Ulloa anchored the back line, helping limit LA to just three shots on frame despite consistent pressure.
The Toros will look to bounce back next Wednesday at Chico State University.
