SAN DIEGO -- True freshman Teloni Ervin posted a 16th place finish in the 400 meter dash to highlight Cal State Dominguez Hills' effort at the Ross & Sharon Irwin Collegiate Track Meet, hosted by Point Loma Nazarene University.

Ervin crossed the line in a time of 1:00.61, besting runners from Biola, host PLNU, Cal State San Marcos, Tufts, and Westmont.

Twin sister Leloni Ervin posted the next lowest finish, coming in 34th in the 100 meter dash in a time of 13.11, just 1/100th of a second faster than Teloni.

The Toros make their way back to the San Diego area next weekend, competing at CSUSM's Mangrum Invitational.
