CARSON — The Cal State Dominguez Hills Toros were downed 2-0 by the Cal Poly Pomona Broncos in a challenging match.
Goalkeeper
Kylie Yuzon, made an impressive nine saves throughout the 90 minutes but, the Toros were unable convert their offensive pushes into goals.

Cynthia Ramirez; and forwards
Fatima Arnold,
Christine Duarte,
Alyssa Villalobos,
Isabella Ramirez,
Alicia Covarrubias, and
Angelica Taylor, who was the only Toro to register a shot.
Taylor played the full 90 minutes alongside
Lauryn Bailey,
Cynthia Ramirez,
Anahi Corrales,
Christine Duarte, and
Emma Arkus. Offensively,
Angelica Taylor attempted the lone shot for the Toros, but it did not test the goalkeeper with a shot on goal.
The Toros return to the Toro Stadium Friday, October 20
th as they take on Stanislaus State with kick off set for 4:30pm.
