Women’s Basketball Announces Incoming Class

CARSON - Cal State Dominguez Hills women's basketball head coach John Bonner has announced eight additions to the roster. In the incoming class are two transfers from Division I programs in Trinity Golder and Rebecca Penner, both with three years of eligibility left. Dawnyel Lair is a junior college transfer with two years of eligibility left and has Division I experience from her freshman season. Auren Isaacson previously played at fellow Division II Notre Dame de Namur, which discontinued athletics after the 2019-20 school year. Rounding out the class are four true freshmen in Cierra Dean, Asia Jordan, Jorday Holmes and Deborah Powell.

"I am thrilled about our incoming class. We wanted to find some more size and skill for our upcoming class and we accomplished just that. They will give us a lot of versatility on both ends of the floor. Each of these recruits will have an impact for our program academically and athletically. On top of all that, they have great character and are even better people," Bonner said.
