La Jolla, CA -- Down a man for nearly 30 minutes of the second half and both overtimes, the 4th-ranked Toros escaped La Jolla with a 0-0 double-overtime draw against UC San Diego as senior keeper Justin Commins logged all 110 minutes while making two saves in front of an announced and boistrous crowd of 641.  With the tie, CSUDH moves to 7-0-1, 2-0-1 CCAA.

A physical contest that saw seven of the eight cautions called against the Toros, including two on Hiram Rangel that resulted in his exiting the contest at 61:44, CSUDH out-shot the hosts by a 7-5 mark in each half, before tallying a 3-1 edge during the overtime periods.
