Flew by the NCAA automatic qualifying time of 8.65 last weekend in the 60-meter hurdles, blazing down the track in a time of 8.57. With that effort, Fitchett has qualified for the NCAA Indoor Championships, scheduled for March 9-10, in Boston, Massachusetts.
