- Daughter of Michael Tubbs and Kellie Floyd-Tubbs, both of whom played basketball at Stanislaus State
- Has two older siblings: Lexi, who was on the basketball and track & field teams at Northwest Nazarene, and Jadyn, who played volleyball at Pacific
- Hobbies include rollerskating, skateboarding, painting, singing and drawing
- Had done youth coaching in both track and volleyball, waited tables for the Turlock Dancing withteh Stars
- Chose CSUDH for the coaches and the environment from the volleyball team, as well as the location because she loves the beach
- Was also recruited by Concordia (Calif.) and Stanislaus State
- Cited winning the D1 sections her sophomore year at Turlock High as her favorite athletics moment
- Athletic goal at CSUDH is to be a successful six-rotation outside hitter
