Personal: Graciela Gomez from South Gate is the daughter of Olga and Ramon Gomez she has three siblings Ismael, Sergio, and Karina Gomez. Her sister played one year of collegiate softball as an outfielder at Rio Hondo College. She likes to spend her free time either running/walking, doing crafts, and watching crime shows. Her favorites include the movie McFarland, USA, the show The Office, and food being hot wings. As a hobby she likes to make hand crafted bows, headbands, and scrunchies. When asked who her favorite athlete is she answered, Sifan Hassan, because of her versatility, “She can run anywhere from the 800m to the marathon at an elite level.” The San Francisco Giants are her favorite professional team as she is an avid baseball lover because she played baseball and softball for 14 years of her life.
