Coach Sully brings a rich blend of athletic experience, service, and academic achievement to her role. She began her career in basketball development by coaching travel teams with the Inglewood Revolution, where for two years she mentored young athletes and helped them sharpen their skills and confidence.
Building on that foundation, she attended California State University, Northridge, playing Division I basketball while earning a bachelor’s degree in Health Administration. During this time, she also hosted youth tournaments at The MAP Sports Facility, expanding her experience in event organization and player development.
After completing her undergraduate degree, Coach Sully sought new challenges and joined the U.S. military as a medic, completing two years of intensive training that deepened her resilience, discipline, and leadership abilities. She later advanced her education with a master’s degree in Health Systems Engineering from Loyola Marymount University.
Today, Coach Sully draws on her background as a coach, student-athlete, tournament organizer, medic, and scholar to inspire players on and off the court, emphasizing resilience, preparation, and a growth mindset.
