2023-24 (Senior): Medical Redshirt
2022-23 (Junior): As a junior Hilstock scored his season high 23 points on December 8
th against Cal Poly Pomona. Hilstock also secured a game high of five three-pointers made. On the season, he collected 290 points, 118 rebounds, 30 assists and 30 steals.
2021-22 (Sophomore): In his second year as a Toro, Jordan Hilstock played all 23 games and started a total of 18 games on the season. On November 13
th, Hilstock scored his season high 19 points against Western Washington. Hilstock tallied a total of 186 points, 81 rebounds, 30 steals, and 29 assists on the season.
2019-20 (Freshman): Played in 16 games, starting half of them. Averaged 24.8 minutes per game. Scored 80 total points on the year, including a game-high 13 at Chico State (1/23)
Had 59 rebounds overall, including 11 against Humboldt State (1/16). Shot 35.5 percent from the field
Vista High School: Hilstock lettered in varsity for the Vista panthers all four years, playing for coach Anthony Bolton. He won two Avocado East League titles. He is a two-time first-team all-league selection & a two-time second-team all-league selection. Strong academically, he also clamed the league's all-academic team all four years.
Personal: Jordan Hilstock is a senior majoring in Business Finance from Oceanside, California. The son of Sonia and Andre and brother of Ben enjoys watching ‘The Iron Giant’ and ‘Everybody Hates Chris’ and eating pasta. In his free time he enjoys self care and beach days. Hillstock’s favorite professional athlete is Kobe Bryant and his favorite professional team is the Los Angeles Lakers.
