Brett Halstead

Halstead begins his first year as an assistant coach on the Toro sidelines and will work primarily with the outfielders, after playing his last two years of collegiate ball at Vanguard University.

Prior to Vanguard, Halstead began his college baseball career at Cal State Dominguez Hills in 2007, before transferring to West L.A. College.

The Redondo Beach resident is scheduled to receive his bachelor's degree in business from CSUDH in Winter 2011, with a concentration in sports hospitality and entertainment management.
