Information regarding attending the Torodome for a CSUDH basketball & volleyball game:

Prior to entering the Torodome, all spectators ages 5 and above will be required to provide proof of vaccination or show a negative PCR test within 48 hours. PCR testing also applies to children ages 2-4. Antigen tests will not be accepted.

Spectators must be 14 days (two weeks) past from the date they received their second dose of either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, or a single dose from the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

Here are some further in-depth information on proof of vaccination and proof of negative test result:

Proof of Vaccination

The following are acceptable forms of proof of full vaccination: attendee’s physical COVID-19 vaccination record (i.e. CDC-provided white vaccination card or WHO-provided yellow vaccination card); OR a photo of attendee’s vaccination card as a separate document; OR a photo of attendee’s vaccine card stored on attendee’s mobile device or electronic device; OR documentation of the attendee’s full vaccination status against COVID-19 from a healthcare provider (on a mobile app, paper document, digital wallet card).

Vaccination records must clearly show the name of the vaccinated attendee, type of COVID-19 vaccine administered, and date(s) of each dose administered.

Proof of Negative Test Result

Proof of negative PCR result within 48 hours is required prior to entry into the venue. The following are acceptable as proof of a negative PCR test result: a printed document (from the test provider or laboratory) showing test result; OR an electronic test result (email, text message, or mobile application record) displayed on attendee’s phone or mobile device. PCR testing also applies to children ages 2-4.

Test results must clearly show the name of the tested attendee, type of test performed, date of the test, and the negative test result. A photo ID matching the vaccination or negative test record is required. Antigen test will not be accepted.

MASKS IS STILL MANDATED WHEN INSIDE ALL CSUDH BUILDINGS, REGARDLESS OF VACCINATION STATUS.

Here are some key things to know before coming to campus:

Face Coverings Required

Face coverings are required for everyone both indoors and outdoors on the CSUDH campus, as they are essential to preventing the spread of COVID-19.

Face Covering Requirements

  • Face masks must cover both the nose and mouth.
  • The covering must fit snugly against the sides of the face so there are no gaps.
  • You shouldn't have any difficulty breathing while wearing the cloth face covering.
  • The cloth face covering can be tied or otherwise secured to prevent slipping.
  • The university expects the Toro community to behave responsibly with respect for others.

You may take off your face covering when you are:

  • Eating or drinking (maintaining six feet of distance from others)
  • In your vehicle

If you forgot to bring your mask to campus, you can request one by calling Facilities Services Work Control at (310) 243-3804.

CSUDH Self-Assessment Screening Tool (For applicable and current CSUDH faculty, staff and students)

The self-assessment screening tool must be completed by anyone coming to campus. Individuals must complete this screening each day prior to coming on campus, or at the beginning of each day if they reside in university housing.

Notice to Individuals Who Have Been Vaccinated:
