IRVINE, Calif. — Despite a determined defensive effort in the first half, the Cal State Dominguez Hills Toros fell 3-0 to the Concordia University Irvine Golden Eagles.
 
The took the lead in the first half with a lone goal, but it was in the second half that they solidified their victory, adding two more goals to secure the win.
 
The Toros took two shots throughout the match, neither of which were on target. Forward 
Alyssa Villalobos and substitute 
Cheyenne Dohan each recorded one shot, but the Golden Eagles defense held firm.
 
Goalkeeper 
Audrey Haman played all 90 minutes for the Toros and made seven saves on the match.
 
The Toros next match is Wednesday, September 18
th at 7pm against the University of Colorado.
