CARSON, Calif. - The California Collegiate Athletic Association have released their 2023 Spring Academic Honor Roll that included a whopping 34 Toros.
Those Toros had a 3.3 cumulative grade point average or higher and were in sophomore athletic standing or higher while competing in their respective sport. Tyler Wright and the baseball team led the way with 18 representatives, followed by the CCAA Conference Tournament champion softball team with 11 representatives, Women's Track & Field had three, and rounded out by the two representatives of Golf.
The CCAA recognizes individuals academically per season – fall, winter and spring – for all CCAA-sponsored sports. In total, the Toros had 61 Student-Athletes make the CCAA Honor Roll for the 2022-23 academic year.
