CARSON – In a highly competitive soccer match, the Cal State Dominguez Hills Toros (4-4-6, 1-3-4 CCAA) clashed with the Chico State Wildcats (10-1-4, 3-1-4 CCAA), resulting in an 1-1 draw.
The Toros' starting lineup featured standout performers who played pivotal roles in the match. In goal, Arturo Magana played the full 90 minutes of the match as he collected two saves.
Diego Barahona collected four shots on the game and stood out as a leader on the field, contributing both defensively and offensively. Barahona not only anchored the defense but also managed to find the back of the net with the Toros sole goal in the 19
th minute.
In the midfield,
Brandon Lee and
Martin Velasquez showcased their playmaking abilities, as B. Lee took four shots and Velasquez had three shot attempts.
Michael McKibbin also attempted three shot on the game in 90 minutes of play.
