IRVINE -- The Cal State Dominguez Hills women's soccer team remains in search of its first win after suffering a 2-nil loss at Concordia University this afternoon.

Toro keeper Alyssa Newsom recorded four saves in the setback.

The Toros matched the host Eagles with six shots on goal apiece, but were unable to find the back of the net.

CUI tallied its two scores at the 15:42 and 39:33 marks, with Olivia Campos assisting on the first goal, before adding her own insurance score 25 minutes later.

Taleah Carter, Kaia Mills, and Lexi Howard each took two shots each in the contest.

CSUDH continues its non-conference ledger on Thursday as Fresno Pacific visits Carson, with first kick set for 5 pm on Field 3 at the Dignity Health Sports Park.
