LA MIRADA - The Cal State Dominguez Hills men's soccer team played to a 0-0 double overtime draw with Biola in its final non-conference matchup, Wednesday at Al Barbour Field.

The Toros are now 1-3-1. The Eagles are an identical 1-3-1. CSUDH outshot Biola 19-15 in the game. The Eagles held a 4-1 shots-on-goal advantage.

The Toros had six shots to the Eagles' five in the first 45 minutes of play. CSUDH recorded nine shots in the second half, one in the first overtime and three more in the second overtime period, but none found the back of the net.

Julian Tafolla-Cisneros and the Toro defense did not allow Biola to score. Tafolla-Cisneros picked up four saves.

"We are playing well, I am really happy with their performance," said head coach
Eddie Soto. "We are just missing the final piece in the final third of the field. We created a lot of opportunities, especially in overtime, it just didn't fall for us."

For their next matchup, the Toros will host their annual Dignity Health Sports Park game against Chico State on Friday, Sept. 27 at 7 p.m.
