Litendahl Nets First Goal of Season in Toros' Loss at Chico State

CHICO - The Cal State Dominguez Hills women's soccer team fell to Chico State in a California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) matchup, Sunday at University Soccer Stadium.
 
The Toros drop to 0-4-1 overall and 0-2-0 in conference play. The Wildcats improve to 2-0-4 overall and 1-0-1 in the CCAA.

WHAT HAPPENED?
- The Toros and Wildcats were tied at halftime 0-0. Chico State held a slight 8-7 shot advantage.
- The Wildcats scored in the 59th and 64th minutes to take a two-goal lead.  
- In the 83rd minute, Holly Kaemerle heel flicked a ball to Sofia Litendahl inside the box. Litendahl elevated the shot and into the net for her first goal of the season.
 
TORO NOTES
- CSUDH finished with an 18-16 shot and 9-7 shot on goal advantage.
- Kylee Patterson, Kelly Almazan, Vanessa Campos and Ruth-Maria Soto have played every minute for the Toros this season.
- Sofia Litendahl played in her fourth full match of the year.
