CHICO – The Cal State Dominguez Hills baseball team dropped a pair of games to Chico State Saturday, falling 13-0 in in game one and 7-0 in the nightcap.
The Wildcats scratched the Toros pitching with 32 hits, 21 in game one.
Justin Morris had four of the Toros 11 total hits.
All five pitchers who saw action were charged with runs in both games.
Ray Diaz led the effort by going 4.1 innings while southpaw
Luke Laurita had five strikeouts.
The Toros will try to split the four-game series Sunday at noon.
