Rachael Sandoval's ground out. Corella singled in the next at bat to bring in Lane for the first score of the contest. Junior infielder
Damari Simon reached on a fielding error and Messersmith drew a walk to load the bases before Wenger scored them all with a double to left center.

The Toros got one insurance run each in the fifth and sixth inning. In the fifth, freshman outfielder
Kelcy Telles singled and advanced to second on Lane's sacrifice bunt. Lock singled down the right field line to get Telles in. In the sixth inning, Messersmith knocked one over the left field wall for her second home run of the season. CSUDH would give up one run in the top of the seventh, but get the necessary outs to end the game.
Â
Game Two - CSUMB 3, CSUDH 1
The Toros were limited to only three hits and were defeated in the series finale 3-1. The three hits came from Sandoval, Simon and Telles. Simon had one RBI and junior
