CSUDH Women's Soccer Gets 5-0 Shutout Win at SFSU

San Francisco, CA--- Cal State Dominguez Hills Toros (10-4-1, 5-3-1 CCAA) blanked the San Francisco State University Gators 5-0 this afternoon at SF State's Cox Stadium in a CCAA women's soccer match. With the loss, SF State falls to 4-9 overall and 2-9 in the CCAA.

The two teams played a scoreless first half with the Toros recording seven shots on goal to SF State's three. Cal State Dominguez Hills connected for the match's first goal seven minutes into the second half as Rachel McDonald connected on a penalty kick for her 9th goal of the season and to give the Toros the 1-0 lead.

Katie Roche made it 2-0 Toros at the 71:33 mark as she connected on a shot from 30-yards out. Cal State Dominguez Hills sealed the match five minutes left in the game on an unassisted goal by Amy Livergood. Ashley Dahlenburg connected on a ball from Jessica Gatica with four minutes left in the game to give the Toros a 4-0 lead. The fifth goal of the game came from Kristin Boskovich with less than 15 seconds left.

Lisa Agramonte recorded five saves in goal for the Toros while SF State's Erin Clark had 9 saves in goal. The Gators were out shot by Cal State Dominguez Hills 20-5.

The Toros continue their northern California swing with a match Sunday at Sonoma State.
