Cawthorne played a huge role off the bench as CSUDH swept through Chico State and Cal State Stanislaus last weekend, vaulting the Toros into a 3-way tie for the top spot in the CCAA.

The 6-9 forward played just 15 minutes in the 83-54 blowout at Chico State, but managed to score 10 points on 4-of-7 shooting from the field, also grabbing four boards, good for the second highest total on the squad.

One night later, the Orange native played one less minute but scored 12 points on 5-of-7 shooting from the field, putting any hopes of a CSUS rally to rest as he tied for top rebounding honors with 6.

Overall, Cawthorne averaged 11 points in just 14.5 minutes of play per contest, pulling down an average of 5 rebounds a game while shooting 64% from the floor, 40% from 3-point land, and 67% from the foul stripe.
