“Coach Cam” joins CSUDH from Elmhurst University where he was part of the 2 most successful seasons Elmhurst University has had in it’s previous 12 seasons. Prior to Elmhurst Coach Mitchell spent 3 seasons as Head Coach of Community Christian College which is a part of the National Junior College Athletic Association in Riverside, California. A master recruiter, Coach Mitchell signed players for both the men’s and women’s team. Prior Community Christian Coach Mitchell was at Saddleback College in Mission Viejo, Calif., as an assistant coach and lead recruiter as well. Coach Mitchell has over 15 years of HS and AAU experience coaching High teams in Chicago as well as the San Diego area.
