Littlerock HS: Played for the Lobos for four years under head coach Teresa Watts ... Helped to lead her team to a top-three finish in the Golden League for four consecutive years ... In her senior year she led the league in aces (61), attack percentage (.678), digs (181) and was second in kills (208) ... Ranked 28th in the CIF Southern Section in aces per game her senior year (1.1) ... Named to First-Team All-Golden League her junior and senior years.

Personal: Born on July 10, 1990 in Lancaster, CA ... Daughter of Jose and Helen Castrellon ... Has five siblings, Danny (32), Conrad (29), Teri Watts (28), Kim (23) and Adam (17) ... Chose CSUDH to allow her to be on her own, without being too far away from home ... Enjoys painting, photography and spending time with her nieces and nephews in her free time ... Career ambition is to become a pediatric nurse ... List Michael Phelps as sports hero and Dallas Cowboys as favorite team ... Most admires her mother and would most like to meet Mother Teresa ... Majoring in kinesiology.
