Biography

Personal: Maya Barron is a freshman majoring in Psychology from Bakersfield, California. She graduated from Liberty High School in 2024, where she was recognized as the 2023 All-Area Volleyball Player of the Year and the 2023 South Yosemite River League Player of the Year. The daughter of Melisa and Christopher Barron and sister of Carisa and Brock Barron, she enjoys watching Grown Ups and Vampire Diaries and eating avocados. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, hanging out with friends, and working out. Barron’s favorite professional athlete is Nootsara Tomkom, and her favorite professional team is the Atlanta Vibe.
