Personal: Born on June 3, 1988, in Olive View, CA...Daughter of Angel and Lidia Espindola...Has four siblings, Angel (25), Jenise (21), Jadira (11), and Ariana (9)...Joined by her older sister Jenise on the Toros roster...Chose CSUDH for the opportunity to play volleyball...Favorite movies include "Mulan," "Enicage" and "Love & Basketball"...Lists being named All-City as biggest athletic thrill in high school.

Verdugo Hills HS: Led the Dons to a 21-1 record during her four-year prep career under head coach Will Reinhart, grabbing 1st in the conference and 4th in city...Earned 1st-Team All-League and 1st-Team All-City honors, while also being voted MVP.
