Webb returns for his eighth year on the Toros sidelines as the CSUDH top assistant coach after one season in a similar capacity with the UC San Diego men's volleyball program.

Prior, Webb spent three years at UC Davis, where he was involved with both the Aggies' women's intercollegiate program as an assistant for three seasons, spending one season as head coach for the men's club team and the acting head coach of the Aggie women during 2014 spring training.

In his first season head coaching the men's game, Webb guided the Aggies to a third-place finish in the Northern California Collegiate Volleyball League, Gold bracket berths in all three national tournaments entered, plus victories over four nationally ranked teams in No. 1 Wisconsin-Milwaukee, No. 8 UC Irvine, No. 12 Arizona State and No. 16 Air Force. The season culminated with a ninth-place finish at the national club tournament. Prior to his time in Davis, Webb was the top assistant coach and primary recruiter for the women's team at San Francisco State from 2008-11, and assisted with Division I women's programs at UC Santa Barbara (2007-08) and Saint Mary's College (2005-06). 

Webb coached girl’s club ball for the San Francisco Juniors 17-1's team in 2010, mentoring that squad to a third-place finish at the NVCA regional, a division title at the Far Westerns and a fifth-place showing at the Junior Olympics. Two of his players earned all-tournament honors. Originally from Guam, Webb earned his undergraduate degrees in Spanish and business administration in 1997 from Northern Arizona. As an outside hitter, he helped the Lumberjacks' club team to a ninth-place finish at the 1993 national tournament, and served as a team captain for a USVBA Men's `A' state-champion team in the Cactus Region in 1992 and 1994. Outdoors, he held a membership with the Arizona Outdoor Volleyball Association and captured the Arizona King of the Beach title in 1994.

Outside of his coaching career, Webb worked as an operation manager for a Pleasant Hill, Calif. travel company and as a business development specialist in Bolivia in a two-year tour for the Peace Corps. He also has spent academic and professional time abroad in Spain, Bolivia and the Netherlands, including stints playing volleyball in the latter two.

Webb recently earned the 'Outstanding Graduate Student' award from Long Beach State University where he completed a Master's in Kinesiology, Coaching and Student-Athlete Development degree in May 2021.
