Personal: Ava Hurry is a junior majoring in Psychology with a minor in Business from Henderson, NV. She graduated from Foothill High School/Nevada State High School in 2022. The daughter of Dina and Brian and sister of Brina and Sophia, she enjoys watching Top Gun and Grey’s Anatomy and eating Grimaldi’s Mediterranean salad and pizza. In her free time, she enjoys playing sand volleyball, going to the beach, golfing, playing pickleball, and working out. Hurry’s favorite professional athletes are Jordan Larson and Madison Skinner, and her favorite professional teams are Vegas Thrill Volleyball, USA Women’s Volleyball, and the Green Bay Packers.

2022 (Freshman): In her freshman season, Hurry played 94 sets collecting a team high of 231 kills for an average of 2.46 kills per set. She also added 190 digs, 16 assists, 20 block assists, and nine service aces.
