Cerritos JC: Competed for the Falcons under coaches Lloyd Huggins and Michael Allen ... Broke the school's shot put (41'10") and hammer throw (150 ft) records ... Help team win back-to-back state championships in 2008 and 09 ... Two-time All-State athlete.
Lynwood HS: Competed for the Knights under coach Elliot White ... Broke the school's shot put record (37'2") ... Was the San Gabriel Valley League winner and eighth in the CIF Division I finals in the shot put.
