Korie Bozart enters her first year as full time assistant coach with the women's soccer program in 2023 after serving the past two seasons as a volunteer assistant.
Bozart has held youth coaching positions for two local soccer clubs, LA Surf and CDA Slammers. She was the girls' JV soccer coach for Mary Star of the Sea High School during the 2019-20 season.
Bozart is no stranger to the CCAA, as she was a member of the Chico State women's soccer team. She amassed six goals and 11 assists in 54 games for the Wildcats during her career.
A native of nearby Torrance, Bozart prepped at South Torrance High School where she starred on the pitch. Initially playing soccer at UNLV, Bozart transferred and earned her bachelor's degree in kinesiology from Chico State in 2019 and her master's degree in sports management from Long Beach State in 2021.
When she is not helping others get better at soccer, Bozart enjoys playing teqball and hanging out with her pups Baylor and Bentley.
