- Started all 69 games, all at catcher
- Hit .304 with 11 doubles, two triples and a team-most seven home runs along with 43 RBIs
- Went 28-for-41 when catching runners stealing; picked off four runners
- Hit the very Toro home run at the NCAA Championship in the program's debut against UT Tyler (May 26); would go on to hit a second home run against North Georgia (May 29)
- Named to the NCAA Championship all-tournament team as an at-large after going 10-for-20 with a double, two home runs and eight RBIs
- Recorded a hit in all seven games in the World Series to post longest hitting streak

Personal: Maiya Lopez from Norwalk, CA is the daughter of Irene and Enrique Lopez. In her free time she likes to relax and a hobby of hers is that she enjoys going to the gym. She loves the movie Monsters Inc , her favorite show is Grey’s Anatomy, and she enjoys steak. Aaron Donald is her favorite athlete, the Los Angeles Rams and the Los Angeles Dodgers are her favorite teams.
