Stan Rodrigues returns for his third year as an assistant coach for the Cal State Dominguez Hills men's soccer program in 2021.
Rodrigues comes to Carson after a two-year stint (2017-18) as the head coach of Adams State (NCAA DII). Prior to that, he was the head coach at Northwest College (NJCCA) for one season (2016) and Eastern Oregon (NAIA) for two seasons (2014-15). Before his time in the collegiate ranks, Rodrigues was the director of the Westside Timbers, a club team in Beaverton, Ore., for a dozen years.
Rodrigues has earned his United States Soccer Federations (USSF) 'B' License, United Soccer Coaches (USC) Goal Keepers License I/II, USSF Adult Coaching License, USC Director of Coaching Diploma and the Dutch Coever Coaching Diploma. He received his bachelor’s degree in human development from Warner Pacific and his master's degree in kinesiology from Fresno Pacific.
