Gallegos begins his first season as an assistant coach for the Toros' baseball program after enjoying a stellar two-year career in Cardinal and Gold.

The two way player helped guide the Toros to the CCAA Tournament title game as a senior, posting a 4.33 ERA and 5-6 overall record, fanning 45 batters en route to earning 2nd-team ABCA and 2nd-team All-CCAA honors.
