Former Cal State Dominguez Hills slugger Brady Conlan returned for his second year as assistant coach in 2018.
Soon after completing his senior season in 2016, Conlan was selected by the Chicago White Sox in the 24th round of the 2016 MLB Amateur Draft. He is currently playing in Chicago's Class-A Advanced affiliate Winston-Salem Dash out of the Carolina League.
Conlan started his professional career in 2016 with the rookie-level Pioneer League, Conlan batted .281 with eight home runs and 15 doubles while driving in 41 runs.
Conlan's baseball career has also expanded to the international level. Although he missed a about a week of the Toros season, he was representing the Philippines National Team in the World Baseball Classic qualifiers in Australia.
A third baseman, Conlan played four seasons with the Toros. He posted a .357 career batting average with nine homers and 90 RBI.
