2009: Saw action in 51 games, starting all in the outfield ... Named to the ABCA/Rawlings West Region 2nd-Team ... Named to the All-CCAA Conference 2nd-Team and was a CCAA Player of the Week (March 16-22) ... First on the team in triples (5), and third in home runs (6) and RBIs (40) ... Made contact in all but 16 games ... Went 4-for-4 once ... Had nine games with 3+ hits ... Made 66 putouts in the field with no errors.

2008: Redshirted his first year as a Toro.

Cerritos Community College: Saw action as a Falcon for two years under head coach Ken Gaylord ... Tallied an average of .340 in his sophomore year.

Chatsworth HS: Led the Chancelors to win consecutive National Championship Titles (2003 & 2004) and West Valley League Title with a 54 game winning streak under coach Tom Meusborn … Lettered in baseball four years ... Was also on the Dean’s List.

Personal: Born September 23, 1987 in Tarzana, CA … Son of David and Kate Baslow, has two brothers Aaron (26) and Adam (17) … Was also recruited by Long Beach State and The University of Albany (NY) … Chose CSUDH because of the coaching staff ... Greatest athletic thrill was winning a National Championship in High School … Enjoys traveling, surfing, ping pong and volunteering at the Manny Mota Foundation … Is a member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) at CSUDH … During the summer he worked with under privileged children from inner cities at the L.A. Sports Academy … Other Favorites include sports teams Anaheim Angels, L.A. Lakers, and the Minnesota Vikings ... Majoring in communications.
