If you are interested in renting one of the Cal State Dominguez Hills athletic facilities please see below for the process and forms used when renting.

Rental Steps:
1. Fill out the facilities request form and return to Kevin Neal. Click here to download the form.
2. Provide a certificate of insurance for your event.
3. Provide an endorsement page with below CSUDH wording on it:

• CSUDH Wording: The State of California, the Trustees of the California State University, California State University, Dominguez Hills, and the employees, officers, agents, volunteers, and auxiliaries of each of them are included as additional insured. That the insurer will not cancel insured’s coverage without 15 days prior written notice to the University sent by certified mail. That the State, the Trustees, and the University, and the employees, officers, agents and auxiliaries of each of them will not be responsible for any premiums or assessment on the policy.

When Mimi Molina has received all the above paperwork a contract will be formulated which will require a signature along with paperwork to secure your facility rental.
