All artificial noisemakers are prohibited for all CCAA and NCAA events.

No animals are allowed in any competition facility. Service animals with valid proof documentation is permitted.

Changes for 2020-21:

The price for a parking permit has increased to $10 and will be enforced every day, including Sundays (see below for more information on parking)
Admission will be charged for all home games for soccer, volleyball and basketball
For baseball and softball, admission will be charged for Friday, Saturday and Sunday contests only

Please note that ticket prices for California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) and National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) postseason events will vary from the above. In the event that CSUDH hosts either a CCAA or NCAA postseason event ticket prices for those games will be listed here.

Ordering Tickets
The California State University of Dominguez Hills (CSUDH) Athletics offers two ways in which patrons can purchase tickets:

Online: Customers may place an order through the web at www.gotoros.com – then click on the "Gameday" link next go to the “Buy tickets online” link, then select the event you wish to purchase a ticket for. All online orders require a credit/debit card for purchase and have a processing fee assessed. The credit/debit card will be charged immediately.
Walk-Up: Customers can purchase tickets at their desired game via the ticket booth Ticket.

Refund & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be made due to a game time or date change. For information on an event cancelled due to inclement weather, see Cancelled or Postponed Events.

Door/Gate Opening Times
Men's & Women's Basketball: 60 minutes prior to tip-off
Men's & Women's Soccer: 60 minutes prior to start of match
Women's Volleyball: 60 minutes prior to start of match

Disability Accommodation
If you have a disability and require reasonable accommodations to participate in this event, please call (310) 243-3893 for assistance at least five days prior to the scheduled event.

For the sport of golf, in particular the CCAA Golf Championships, spectators are NOT permitted to use carts unless a documented medical exception was provided to the Conference Office at least 72 hours prior to the start of the first round.

Student-Athlete Complimentary Tickets
Cal State Dominguez Hills student-athletes are allocated a maximum of four (4) complimentary tickets for each regular season home contest in which your team competes. At the event, your guests will be asked to show identification. Please note that NCAA guidelines restrict us from issuing you hard tickets.

Important Note: It is the responsibility of the student-athlete that the full names and relation of all guests four (4) hours before the start of competition. NCAA rules require that all names must be on the pass list PRIOR to the doors/gates to the facility opening on game day. If the full names (first and last as it appears on their government issued ID) of the student-athlete's guests are not on the pass list, they will not be granted complimentary admission.

Group and Organization Tickets
CSUDH Athletics welcome school groups and organizations to attend our athletics events. Groups must be pre-arranged; no game-day on-site group rates will be available. Group pricing consist of the following breakdown:

0 -20 : $11.00
21 -50 : $10.00
51 – 100 : $8.00
101 – Plus : $6.00

Parking on the Cal State Dominguez Hills Campus
Please note that there is a cost to park on the CSUDH campus. Starting September 5, 2022, the daily parking rate has increase to $10 daily, including Sundays. Permits may be purchased from the yellow parking dispenser located in Parking Lots 4 and 6.

Parking Exceptions
The purchase of a parking permit is not required in the following instances:

Your vehicle displays a valid California State University (CSU) parking permit from another CSU.
Any state issued vehicle that has 'California Exempt' on the plate.

Bag Check
To provide a safer environment and more expedited entry for fans, CSUDH Athletics implemented a clear bag policy beginning with the 2024-25 season for all ticketed athletic events that limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into the venues for baseball, men’s and women’s basketball, men’s and women’s soccer, softball and volleyball.

Approved Bags

Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags that do not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12″ — A logo no larger than 4.5″ x 3.4″ can be displayed on one side of a permissible clear bag.
A clear bag shall be clear from top-to-bottom and up to a 2″ trim/border on the bag is generally acceptable.
One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
Small clutch bags no larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″ — approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap

** Please note that any items brought into any CSUDH Athletics venues are subject to a bag check conducted by an entity hired by CSUDH Athletics.

Outside Food and Beverages
The California State University of Dominguez Hills (CSUDH) athletics restricts any outside food or beverages into any athletics facilities / venues.

Police and Security
California State University Dominguez Hills Police Department officers may be stationed at CSUDH Athletics events. In the event of an emergency, call 310-243-3333 to reach CSUDH University Police emergency services. If the matter is a non- emergency, please call 310-243-3639

Main Entrance to Toro Stadium, Toro Field and Toro Diamond
The main entrance to Toro Stadium (soccer) can be accessed by parking in Lot 6, which is the parking lot just east of the Dignity Health Sports Park's Main Stadium.

The main entrance to Toro Field (baseball) and Toro Diamond (softball) is off of University Drive, with parking in Lot 4, just east of the baseball and softball fields.

Main Entrance to Torodome
The main entrance to the Torodome (volleyball, basketball) is on the north side of the building. The west entrance is for officials and authorized personnel, and those with disabilities. NO EXCEPTIONS.
