CARSON -- Cal State Dominguez Hills student-athletes boasted an overall departmental grade point average of 3.307 for the spring 2026 semester, highlighting the stellar academic success of Toro scholars and champions.

Overall, female student-athletes from five sports combined for a 3.438 GPA, while male student-athletes from four sports combined for a 3.107 GPA.

The women's soccer team boasted the highest overall GPA at 3.948, with eight perfect 4.0 GPAs in spring after seeing 10 of their student-athletes achieve that mark during the fall 2025 semester.  In fact, all members of the team earning CCAA All-Academic Team honors for the 2025-2026 academic year.

Following women's soccer were softball (3.472 GPA), volleyball (3.436 GPA), women's basketball (3.344), track and field (3.221), dance (3.130), and cheer (3.069).

Golf paced the men's teams with an overall 3.264 team GPA, and was followed by men's soccer (3.107), baseball (3.086) and men's basketball (3.056).
