Box Score ARCATA – The Cal State Dominguez Hills Toros faced a challenging opponent in the Cal Poly Humboldt Lumberjacks, dropping the match in three straight sets.
 
The Toros put up a spirited fight in the opening set, narrowly losing 25-22. However, as the match progressed, the Lumberjacks found their rhythm, taking the next sets 25-19 and 25-20, respectively.
 
Amidst the challenging contest, there were standout performances by CSUDH. 
Ava Hurry led the offense with nine kills from 26 total attempts, achieving a .231 hitting percentage. 
Camryn Perdue was another notable performer, recording five kills with a .500 hitting percentage.
 
On the playmaking side, 
Evania Sanchez contributed 17 assists, while 
Nina Robles displayed defensive prowess with 19 digs.
 
The Toros had strong defensive contributions from 
Cassie Taylor and 
Camryn Perdue as they each had three block assists, while 
Gabbie Silva chipped in with an ace

th the Toros return to the Torodome as they take on Cal State LA at 5pm.
